Wooden cabin and eco-friendly construction made with certified and sustainable materials, with sea and mountain views, located in the countryside on a large private 2,000-square-meter plot where you can sunbathe, read, enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, hike in the mountains with spectacular views, relax, and disconnect. The cabin uses solar energy. It has 2 separate modules (separated by an outdoor patio): 1. Wooden cabin and porch used as the bedroom 2. Kitchen and bathroom There are hiking trails 150 meters from the house. The nearest house is 25 meters away. No spaces in the house or garden are shared; the property has a private entrance and private garden. Late check-in after 10:00 PM is possible. *IMPORTANT*: Electrical appliances are not allowed, except for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and electric shavers. If you need any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me once the reservation is confirmed. PROHIBITED: * Smoking * Barbecues * Photos or videos for commercial purposes * Parties or disturbing the neighbors Dogs are allowed, but not cats. After 10:00 PM, noise is not permitted to avoid disturbing the neighbors. We recommend using the water only for washing dishes or showering, not for drinking. In this Mediterranean area, the water contains a lot of limescale. Other important information: * Before check-in, it is mandatory to send a copy of the ID/passport of all guests and the check-in document via email or WhatsApp so it can be submitted to the authorities. If this documentation is not received at least one day before check-in, access to the house will not be granted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
