This apartment is co-hosted by a digital company, and the check-in process is completed through the Digital Receptionist app, which is mandatory. Using the app, you will complete your registration and pay the remaining balance of the total booking price that was not collected by Booking.com. On the day of arrival, you will receive your access instructions directly in the app. The app also allows you to request additional services such as early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional charges, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). You will also pay the security deposit via the app. This deposit is refunded within 7 days after departure, following inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage occurred and that house rules were respected.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
