## Reservation Cancellation Reservations will be cancelled if full payment, valid identification, completed online guest registration and all required guest signatures are not received at least 72 hours before check-in. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all required information is submitted and that payment reaches Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. within the required time frame. Failure to complete any required step may result in cancellation of the reservation and refusal of accommodation. ## Payment Responsibility Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. handles and collects payment directly through its designated online payment system. Unless the booking confirmation expressly states otherwise, the booking platform is used to make the reservation but does not collect or process payment on behalf of the property. After making a reservation, the guest may receive a separate secure payment request, payment link or payment instructions from the property or from an authorised service provider acting on behalf of the property. The name of the online payment provider or registration system may change. Regardless of which system is used, payment must be completed through the payment method officially provided by Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. All payments must be made in full before check-in instructions or property access codes can be released. If full payment is not received within the required time frame, the reservation will be cancelled and accommodation will be denied. ## Online Guest Registration and Guest Signature All guests must complete the property’s designated online guest registration process before arrival. The online guest registration system may be operated directly by the property or by an authorised service provider acting on behalf of Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. The guest named on the reservation must complete and sign all required online forms, guest registration documents, declarations, accommodation agreements and house rules where requested. Every person staying at the property must be included in the online registration and must provide the required personal and identification information. Check-in instructions and access codes will only be released after all of the following requirements have been completed: * Full online payment * Online guest registration for every guest * Valid identification for every guest * All required forms, declarations and guest signatures Completing a reservation on a booking platform does not replace the property’s separate online payment, registration, identification or signature requirements. ## Refund Policy Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after the original payment has been received and confirmed by Talun Kapu Kft. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used by the guest. Refund processing may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the guest’s bank, card issuer or payment service provider. Any processing time controlled by a bank, card issuer or payment service provider is outside the control of Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. ## Guest Identification As required by applicable legislation, the accommodation provider may request a valid identity document from every guest. Guests must provide or present a valid identity document when requested and must complete any legally required identification or guest-registration procedure. Check-in instructions and access codes cannot be released until the required identification and guest registration have been successfully completed. Failure or refusal to provide valid identification may result in cancellation of the reservation, denied entry or removal from the property. ## Check-In Time Check-in is available strictly between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. No check-in is available before 2:00 PM or after 8:00 PM unless prior written approval has been provided by Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. Full payment, online guest registration, identity verification and all required guest signatures must be completed before check-in instructions can be released. Completing these requirements does not provide the guest with a right to arrive outside the permitted check-in period. ## Guest Registration Only guests who have been fully registered in the property’s system are permitted to enter or stay at the accommodation. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number shown in the confirmed reservation unless prior written approval has been provided. Unregistered or additional guests will be charged EUR 100 per person, per day. The registered guest or the person named on the reservation is responsible for all additional charges relating to unregistered or additional guests. All such charges must be paid before check-out and, where requested, must be paid in cash at the property. ## Additional Charges Smoking inside the accommodation or inside the building will result in a charge of EUR 500. Where additional or specialist cleaning is required due to the condition in which the property is left, an additional cleaning charge of up to EUR 500 may be applied. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior written approval from Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. will result in a charge of EUR 150 per day. Guests remain responsible for the cost of any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items or other expenses caused during their stay. ## Pet Policy Pets are permitted only with prior written approval from Comfort Property / Talun Kapu Kft. Pet fees may vary. A minimum pet fee of EUR 25 and a minimum damage deposit of EUR 100 per dog may apply. Guests must notify the property about any pets at least 72 hours before check-in. Bringing a pet without prior written approval may result in the pet being refused entry or the reservation being cancelled without refund. ## Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbouring residents and avoid excessive noise, loud music, parties, shouting or any other disturbance during these hours. Repeated or serious disturbances may result in immediate removal from the property. ## Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are installed at the property, including near the main entrance or front door. The cameras are clearly disclosed and are used for safety, security and the protection of guests, residents and the property. No security cameras are installed inside the private accommodation. ## Enforcement of Rules Failure to comply with these booking conditions, payment requirements, online registration requirements, identification requirements or house rules may result in denied entry, cancellation of the reservation or immediate removal from the property without refund. Guests remain responsible for any applicable accommodation charges, damages, penalties, additional cleaning costs or other expenses arising from their stay or from non-compliance with these conditions.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
