A PLN 200 surcharge applies for arrivals after 19:00. All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. Guests are required to collect their key from 1 Wydmowa Street in Kołobrzeg, in the Polanka Aqua building. The assignment of a specific apartment number is of an organizational nature. In exceptional situations, the facility reserves the right to change the number or assigned apartment, including providing an apartment of a higher category (upgrade). Guests are provided with an apartment of the same or higher category, with at least the same number of beds. If possible, the area, layout, decor and view of the apartment will also be preserved. Stay with animals is possible upon prior notification. There is an additional fee of PLN 60 per day for each animal. The guest is responsible for any damage and keeping clean after his/her pet.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
