I would like to add my additional rules, which are as follows: Facilities: -Leave the kitchen clean and trash properly disposed of. -Turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning upon departure. Security: -In case of lost keys, the guest is responsible for the cost of replacing them. -Lock doors and windows upon departure. -Report any damage immediately. Cleaning: -Only toilet paper in the toilet; other waste, in the trash. Visitor Policy and Maximum Occupancy: -The reservation price covers only the guests listed on the reservation; visits from unregistered guests must be notified and authorized in advance. They are allowed to stay only during the day (they cannot stay overnight). An additional fee of $45/person/day and $30/child up to 12 years old/day will apply. The maximum total occupancy of the property (registered guests plus visitors) cannot exceed 20 people. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund, in accordance with the accommodation's usage and safety regulations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
