At the check out, the guest must leave the key in the same lockbox where he/she picked it up, and must leave the house closed without changing the code. Upon departure, all garbage bags must be taken to the trash can outside the property. Dishes must be left clean, no food in the refrigerator, and all electrical devices must be turned off.
