If the guests are under age, they will not be allowed to check in and they will forfeit their payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who checks in. No exceptions. Late check ins are not permitted during the spring or the Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check in before 5PM CT. Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicle. Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
