The person making the booking must be present at check-in, or must provide the names and details of staying guests in advance for security clearance. Failure to comply may result in delayed access to the property. Main Rules To Note: - Smoking/vaping and the use of an incense, smoke producing or perfume producing devices are strictly prohibited inside our suites, apartments or the house. There are designated outdoor areas, decks & balconies for these activities. - Pezula is a closed high-security estate with regular patrols of the area. - The speed limit on the estate is 40 km/hour, and in the interest of safety (children, residents & animals) this should not be exceeded. - No parties or events on the property/estate. - No excessive noise past 10pm. - Regret no pets. - Please follow the host’s requirements for preventing baboons entering and damaging the properties. This will be communicated upon arrival. - If any breakages or accidental spills occur, we ask that you please report the incident to the host or to housekeeping immediately. - Walking on the Golf Course is permitted before 7AM and after 7PM. No bicycles allowed on the Golf Course. - Pezula Estate Rules allow a maximum of 2 people per room at Magic Escape Guest House. Water Update for Guests Pezula Magic Escape Guest House is fully operational and well prepared during current Level 4 water restrictions in Knysna. We have on-site water storage tanks and have not experienced any water interruptions, including over the summer season. The Western Cape Provincial Government continues to actively support regional water supply, with restrictions focused on responsible use only This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
