2. Guests may be held accountable for any MISSING, STAINED or DAMAGED items. A minimum fine of 500 php will be imposed depending on the missing, stained or damaged item’s equivalent.
3. Towels are provided depending on the number of guests. If extra towels are needed for stays shorter than 3 nights, 100 php per towel will be charged.
4. Early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability. A charge of 200/hour will be implemented for early check ins and late check outs of more than an hour.
5. Please wear proper SWIMMING and GYM attire.
6. A fine of 5,000 php will be imposed for LOST KEY CARD and KEYS.
7. For CLEANING requests shorter than 3 nights stay, there will be a 500 php charge.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
