Please note that there is no TV, no heating and no air conditioning at the property. Bed linen is included, but towels are not. Upon delivery of the keys, a deposit must be paid : 200,- € per apartment for families, over 30 years, or a single occupant, 200,- € per apartment if there are 1 or 2 tenants under 30 years of age and 100,- € per person for occupations of 3 or more tenants under 30 years of age.
