NEIGHBOURHOOD Music is allowed strictly inside the villa only. No music is tolerated outside, especially around the swimming pool. Quiet must be respected after 10:00 PM, both inside and outside. We wish to maintain good relations with our neighbours. Out of respect for the family environment, walking around naked or in inappropriate clothing in the outdoor areas of the property is strictly forbidden. SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE PRE-AUTHORISATION) A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required before arrival, handled via our secure partner Swikly. This is a simple pre-authorisation (a temporary hold), not a charge: no money is debited from your account and your card limit is not affected. You will receive a secure Swikly link by message after booking. Validating the deposit, together with a valid ID, is required to receive the access codes to the property. The hold is automatically released within 7 days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Deductions are only made, with supporting evidence, in case of damage, missing items or breaches of the house rules. The name on the booking, the ID and the card used for the deposit must match.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
