Deposit and Additional Fees: A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. It must be done with a credit card. For groups of more than 2 apartments, the deposit will be EUR 250 per apartment. The breakage deposit may be affected by non-compliance with the rules of conduct of the community, not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the rubbish or loss of keys, among others. Key Collection: All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at Calle Ibiza, 12, local 4, on the corner in front of the pharmacy. Office hours may vary depending on the season. Contact Gestaitur staff directly. Guests arriving outside of these hours should refer to directions left in the window of the office. Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Mariscal IV & V offers free luggage storage in the Gesaltur office upon departure (subject to office hours). Please note that parking is subject to availability. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights.
