The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; Otherwise, a €150 waste management charge will apply. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
