1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash 2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash 3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash 4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash 4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash 5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash 6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff 7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out 8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every dayPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
