Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. The security deposit required is €500. A copy of your ID may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please dispose of your trash before leaving and ensure the kitchen area is clean. Otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit will be made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
