Children aged 17 or younger must be accompanied by a legal guardian or expressly authorized person. Smoking cigarettes/hookah/illicit drugs is prohibited in the accommodation and will incur an additional fee of R$ 400. Pets are subject to an additional fee of R$ 50 per stay, per pet. Guests must clean the accommodation before departure, leaving no dirty dishes, food or beverage scraps, and collect all waste produced in appropriate bags. If there are additional guests or pets, please inform the property before arrival. Any damage or loss caused to the property/utensils by guests, including smoking outside designated areas, will be charged in a manner to be agreed upon at check-out. Damages will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. All guests, including children, must present a valid identity document before check-in. If they choose not to present an identity document before arrival, they will not be able to check in. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. An additional fee of R$ 100 per hour will be charged for check-ins outside of scheduled hours.
