Completing the online check-in prior to arrival is mandatory. During this process, a €600 pre-authorization is processed via a temporary hold on your card; this is a required step to access the accommodation. Access is self-service via a key lockbox. Instructions will be sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. After inspecting the property and provided no damage is found, Monblau requests the release of the hold within a maximum of 48 hours after check-out. The time it takes for the funds to become available again depends on your bank.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
