The weekly cleaning service includes: Floor cleaning. General bathroom cleaning, including the toilet, bidet, shower, etc. Kitchen floor cleaning. Changing the bed and bathroom linen. The guest must pay the requested amount directly to our staff or through another payment method agreed upon at check-in. Daily waste must be handled and disposed of according to specific rules. Guests are required to exercise the utmost care and follow the waste collection calendar provided at the property. All waste produced during the stay must be carefully and immediately separated: Organic waste and food scraps: Place them in the appropriate bag, avoiding any leakage. Plastic: Place it in the designated container. Glass and cans: Place them in the designated container and put them outside on the evening before the scheduled collection. After the municipal waste collection service has collected the waste, the guest must bring the container back inside. If the waste is not collected by the municipal waste service, the guest must promptly notify the Host. At check-out, the guest must not leave any food leftovers or waste inside the property. If, at check-out, the Host or cleaning staff find abandoned or improperly disposed waste due to the guest's carelessness or negligence, Sardegna Explora reserves the right to apply a penalty. The situation may be documented with photographs and reported directly to the booking platform (OTA) through which the reservation was made. The platform may then withhold an amount ranging from €100 to €300. Guests will find a set of linen provided at the property, including: Bidet towels Face towels Shower towels Shower mat Bed sheets During the winter period, duvets and duvet covers The linen must be used only for its intended purpose and must not be used for any other purposes. Guests must avoid using the bath towels to remove sunscreen, creams, or other products from their bodies, as these substances can cause permanent or difficult-to-remove stains on the linen. The same rule applies to the bed linen, which must be used appropriately. Guests should avoid staining the bedding with body creams, makeup products, blood, or other substances that may cause serious or permanent stains. If, at check-out, the Host or cleaning staff find stains that are damaging or inappropriate for the intended use of the linen, Sardegna Explora reserves the right to apply a penalty.
