In accordance with the regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya, all guests over 16 years of age must pay the tourist tax that will incur an additional charge of EUR 2.90 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 17 years of age are exempt from this tax. The tourist tax is not included in the price of your booking in Booking and is paid separately through a payment link that is sent by the property. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. Maintenance work is currently being carried out on the facade of the building where the apartment is located. During this period, scaffolding has been installed, which may partially obstruct the views from the property. Nevertheless, the apartment retains all its amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
