We inform our clients that: For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one spouse is of Moroccan nationality), a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in. It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illicit substances inside the accommodation or residence. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and prosecution. You are asked to behave respectfully towards the neighbors (quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted. If the rules regarding noise are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. Any additional guests must be declared to the host. Only families and couples are permitted in our accommodations, according to the house rules. Regarding the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children; the Agency is not liable in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
