Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Private chefs, massage therapists, photographers, and other outside service providers require prior approval before entering the property. A fee may apply for excessive cleaning, bodily fluid cleanup, or damages requiring specialized cleaning or replacement of linens, furnishings, or other property items. Guests are required to sign and abide by a Rental Agreement provided by the accommodation upon booking. This agreement must be completed within three days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or denial of access to the rental property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
