The heating period (approximately between October 15th and April 15th), heating times, and internal temperatures are regulated by the annual ordinance of the Mayor of Milan, in compliance with the recommendations of the International Health Organization and current regulations against harmful emissions. The air conditioning system operates only in summer (cooling) mode and must be used when the central heating is off.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
