The property is divided into two new apartments. Both are on two levels connected by an internal staircase. Belvedere Nord welcomes guests with a large open space on the ground floor, where the living room and kitchen coexist in one space. There is also a sofa that converts into a double bed. There is another bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. Belvedere Sud is divided into three spacious bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a family room, all with private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini fridge, a desk, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. A spacious and modern kitchen completes the apartment. Both kitchens are equipped with a coffee machine, with complimentary pods. Fonte d'Olio can be rented as two separate apartments or as an entire property, accommodating up to 13 guests. There is ample outdoor space.
