When you book you will be sent an emergency number that you can reach 24/7 if a problem arises. We are always there for you. Instead of a reception, we work with a QR code that is sent to you. One week before the check-in date you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information including a link. With this link you can download an app where you can obtain the QR code. With this you can enter the hotel, your apartment, the elevator, laundry room and luggage room. This QR code remains valid from your scheduled check-in time until half an hour after check-out time. Aparthotel Dénia uses its own cleaning policy adapted to the length of your stay. So this is included in the price. Cleaning short stays: -For stays less than or equal to 7 nights, no cleaning is provided. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide one cleaning per week, including the replacement of bed linen and towels. Cleaning long stays: - Aparthotel Dénia provides one cleaning per week. In addition, the bed linen and towels are replaced. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
