Kalaranna 27 Residence House Rules Main rules to remember • Only the persons listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. Bringing third parties into the apartment without prior approval is not allowed. • The apartment may be used for accommodation purposes only; any commercial activity is strictly prohibited. • Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Short-term meetings are not permitted. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. • Disturbing behavior or rule violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation (no refund will be issued). • The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extraordinary cleaning is required, and damaged or heavily soiled items must be compensated. • Please take special care of the patio/terrace furniture (avoid staining it). • Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, cigars, or any other smoking products — is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. • You are liable for any accidents, as well as for the valuables provided for your use during the stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
