No cats or other animals allowed. ** If you have more than 1 dog or a dog over 17 pounds, please message us. We are happy to consider exceptions with prior approval and pet fee may apply for additional/larger dog * Dogs are permitted on the main level only and are not allowed on furniture including beds * No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without prior approval * Guest responsible to confirm guest/animal information prior to Check-In. All guests/animals including visitors must be confirmed and approved before arrival. ** $75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day * Additional cleaning charges may apply if the home is left in unsatisfactory condition * Any additional amount resulting from a change to your reservation must be paid prior to Check-In and may be collected directly by the property * $300 refundable damage/security deposit is required prior to Check-In and collected directly by the property. The deposit is released/refunded within 48 hours after Check-Out provided there are no damages or other applicable charges under the signed rental agreementGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
