IMPORTANT: Check-in is free of charge Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when you pick up your keys. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show) and will be charged the full amount of the stay. Please note that last-minute reservations may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival.
