We, Bas and Ronald are the hosts of Domaine du Baron. Ronald has worked for years as a host in restaurants, pampering guests is his passion. Bas comes from the financial world, his big hobby is cooking. He therefore likes to invite you to our restaurant to enjoy his cooking skills. Our rooms are very spacious with all mod cons. A queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen makes you feel comfortable. The bathroom has a generous shower with Rituals shower products to make you feel luxurious.
Our breakfast is generous and rich with fresh (regional) products with which we vary daily.
Domaine du BaRon is very conveniently located between several villages and towns such as Carcassonne and Montolieu but also near tourist attractions such as Canal du Midi and La Cité Carcassonne. Also visit the vineyards, abbeys and medieval villages. An unforgettable holiday.
