Meanwhile, Clément built his career in the hospitality industry, specializing in pastry. His passion for cooking and his culinary expertise add a unique touch to their shared venture. They launched Belgica after purchasing a holiday home. Their idea soon evolved into a concept featuring a wine bar, a delicatessen offering Belgian and local products, a gift shop, and charming bed & breakfast rooms. Clément focuses on hospitality, especially preparing delicious platters to accompany their wines. Jean-Marc manages the guest rooms and showcases Belgian products throughout the interior.
