The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE: No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS: Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE: No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper -no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel $10 - Sheets $25 - Comforter $50 - Pillow $10 - Throw Blanket $20. We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee and shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES & SUPPLIES: Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies. One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in. VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES: Violations may result in: Denied entry or immediate removal without refund. Additional fees for damages, unapproved guests, or rule violations.
