When traveling with pets, please note that an additional charge of $100.00 per pet per reservation applies. Pet's maximum height 21" and max weight is 50lbs. Maximum two pets allowed. We charge 3% credit card processing fee on total amount. Customer can pay with Debit or E transfer or cash upon check-in without any processing fees. Please note that alcohol consumption is prohibited in common areas at the property. - No running in hallways - Respect neighbors' privacy - No tampering with fire safety equipment or sprinklers (strictly prohibited and subject to fines) - Guests will be held liable for any misconduct, with a minimum fine of $500.00 per incident - Keep fire doors closed at all times, except when entering or exiting - Please note that the elevator hours: 8am-8pm (summer time). Special arrangements can be made for outside hours in emergency situations (e.g. for wheelchairs or heavy luggage) - In case of emergency, please do not use the elevator - Someone found smoking on property will be charged $150.00 each incident.
