Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Guests must be 23 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company before arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancelations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancelation policy. Please note that a Pet Fee of $225 will apply per night. 2 pets maximum are allowed, no larger than 40 pounds.
Please clean up after your pets. An additional charge of $400 will be applied for carpet and upholstery cleaning if there is evidence that these rules have been violated. Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and recliners, and must be kept out of bedrooms.
Please do not use our towels or blankets for your pet. If your pets shed excessively, please run the vacuum before leaving.
Please note that the building is climate controlled, and a window AC unit will be installed.
The landscaping crew arrives every Thursday morning and finishes their work in an hour or less.
The caretaker lives on the same parcel but in a separate, private home, ensuring your full privacy during your stay. He has friendly dogs that stay with him and do not roam around freely when guests are present.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
