1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Earlier or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations at Casa Mia within their residence. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, even in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. 5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge €20 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. 10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
