• Parties and wedding groups are not accommodated at this property. • The Outdoor pool is not heated. • Air conditioning and wifi are not included in the reservation price. • Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit. • Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. (A copy of an ID will not be accepted). • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. • Guests are requested to inform the property at least 24h prior to their expected arrival time. • WiFi is available for an additional charge of €5.00 per day. • For booking 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival. • A damage deposit of €500 is required for up to 12 persons. For larger groups (12 persons or more) will be adjusted accordingly to ensure proper coverage for increased usage of the facilities and potential incidentals. This will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property and reimbursement within 2 days of check-out. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
