* وقت الدخول إلى الشقة: الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا.
* وقت الخروج من الشقة: الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا.
*في حال عدم الالتزام بموعد الخروج المحدد، سيتم خصم مبلغ التأمين وفقًا لشروط الحجز.
1. يلزم دفع مبلغ تأمين وقدره 500 ريال سعودي نقدًا (كاش)قبل دخول الوحدة السكنية، ولن يتم تسليم الشقة أو السماح بالدخول قبل سداد مبلغ التأمين.
2. يتم استرداد مبلغ التأمين كاملًا عند المغادرة، بعد معاينة الوحدة السكنية والتأكد من عدم وجود أي تلفيات أو أضرار او مفقودات
3. يشترط لاسترداد مبلغ التأمين الالتزام بموعد الخروج المحدد وتسليم الشقة بحالة جيدة وخالية من أي أضرار أو تلفيات او مفقودات
4. الحد الأقصى المسموح به داخل الشقة الواحدة هو 7 أشخاص فقط، ويمنع تجاوز هذا العدد تحت أي ظرف ،الوحدة السكنية لا تتسع لأكثر من هذا العدد المحدد.
5. يمنع منعًا باتًا إشعال الحطب أو الفحم داخل الشقة أو في البلكونة أو الحوش أو أي جزء من مرافق العقار.
6. يمنع منعًا باتًا تدخين الشيشة أو الأرجيلة داخل الشقة أو في البلكونة أو الحوش أو أي من مرافق العقار، وتُفرض غرامة قدرها 500 ريال سعودي عند مخالفة ذلك.
7. يحق للإدارة خصم ما يلزم من مبلغ التأمين في حال مخالفة أي من الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
