Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries a EUR 20 surcharge. There is a surcharge for heating / hot water of 5 EUR per night. Stays longer than 7 nights have a mandatory cleaning for 60 EUR including renewal of bed linen and towels. The garbage collection is selected and scheduled per days. There might be a surcharge of 30 EUR if the recycling schedule has not been honored. You must put the leftovers from the last day in your bag in the corresponding bin and we will take care of putting it on the street. Cost: €1/night/person for waste recycling management. Pets are allowed upon request and with a surcharge, depending on its size. Failure to declare the pet or the correct number of people staying at our property will result in a penalty of €300, in addition to the cost of the rate.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
