For any personal belongings left at the property, there is a $40 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging, this is to cover staff travel and time to the post office and administer the return charges. Please note that once checkout time has passed, please don't enter the property without our prior permission, this is a direct violation of privacy and the rules of the house, and you are entering someone else's house without permission. There are $150 charges if staying or returning beyond the agreed-upon check-out time.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
