This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 27 years or older. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
