Payment for the reservation can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card. Security Deposit A security deposit (2000 euros) will be requested 21 days before your arrival through the secure Swikly platform. This amount will not be debited. Swikly replaces a security deposit with a credit card imprint. This allows for your deposit to be held without being charged. Tourist Tax The tourist tax will be added to the reservation amount according to the current rates set by the municipality. Bed linen and end of stay cleaning are included in the rate. However, the accommodation must be left in a decent state of cleanliness, with rubbish bins and the refrigerator emptied, and the BBQ cleaned. This is a matter of respect for others' property. Optional: Quality beach towels (100x150): 10 euros incl. VAT/person per stay.
