Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Pool heating is optional and costs 250,00€ per week, paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.
The pool heating will be set at 25ºC, but the pool water temperature will vary according to time of day, prevailing weather and whether the swimming pool cover is kept on when the pool is not in use.
