Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

Towels and/or bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3 per towel, EUR 8 for bed linen per person and EUR 3 for kitchen towels. Alternatively guests can bring their own. The energy costs are EUR 10 per bag of pellets for the pellet stove and day price of the electricity will be charged on how much you use on the teller. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date will be refunded 30% of the full amount. The accommodation was fitted with new windows and a new front door in 2017.
