If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of 250 USD for lost parking pass. WARNING: Maximum car height is 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense.
