PARKING PASS: Please check if the parking pass is in the unit as soon as you arrive to the property. If the parking is missing, please contact us immediately on your check-in day by phone or email to report the missing parking pass. We charge a fee of 250 USD for lost parking pass. WARNING: Maximum car height is 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage because of the low ceiling. If a vehicle does not fit in our garage, renter is responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at renter’s expense. Please note, there is no daily maid service. The condo is equipped with cleaning equipment. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the building.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
