A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

The property does not have a reception. They will send you check-in instructions after booking. Extra beds are available at an additional cost, however the maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected. Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are allowed on request at an extra charge of EUR 5 per day. Please note that guests must leave the apartment as cleaned as found upon arrival. The bins must be emptied and the dishes done.
