-We are best suited for those who want to adventure and take advantage of the location, not those looking for a quiet night on a weekend. Being so close to everything, the house is located on a busy street, on weekend nights you will hear cars and people outside, sometimes until early AM hours. -All guests are required to provide their ID and phone number at the time of booking. We use Truvi (formerly Superhog) as our damage insurance and identity verification provider. Booking guest is required complete the information requested on the Truvi link you will receive via text at booking time. If this is not completed within 24 hours, you will be required to cancel the booking from your (guest) end, and cancellations will be refunded per the listing's cancellation policy, no exceptions. There is a $60 fee for this service, listed as “service charge” on your booking, 10$ of this fee is not refundable. -Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will either be a $110 fine per person per night or the reservation will be cancelled and you will be required to leave immediately, at the sole discretion of owner. -No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. No smoking ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt found laying on the ground. No moving/rearranging furniture ($1000 fine) -Pet fee ($160). Dogs only, no cats. Max 2 dogs, 100 lbs. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. Pet Rules will be sent by owner upon booking, please state your agreement upon receipt. -Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. -Stays over 1 week- will require deep clean, total cleaning fee will be $178.25. -Minimum booking age is 23. Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay. -Booking guest must be staying at the property for the entire stay. -Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $38.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
