A) What you will find and what you will NOT find in the accommodation B) Prohibited activities and other issues to take into account C) Traveling with children under 12 years of age A)What you will find and what you will NOT find in the accommodation A.1 Towels and bed linen a) For stays of one week or less (7 nights), we leave the beds made and one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We do not leave additional bedding or towels. b) For stays of up to 2 weeks (14 nights), we leave the beds made and two shower towels and two hand towels per guest. We do not leave additional bedding. c) For stays of 15 nights or more, we leave the beds made + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bedding. d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the home will be cleaned every 7 days starting from the day of check-in. The cost of each cleaning (€40) will be requested from the guest once the service has been completed. e) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request it in advance. Remember: €5 each set of extra towels: €10 each set of extra sheets or blanket. If it is requested after checking in, keep in mind that it will be €10 more for the delivery service. A.2. Cleaning and food supplies At the accommodation we leave basic complimentary items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some garbage bags...) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay . Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea... but in no case do we guarantee that you will be able to find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious hygiene reasons, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you are not in a hotel. B)Prohibited activities and other issues to take into account. • It is not allowed to smoke • Pets will have an additional supplement of €50 • Parties and events are not allowed • Check in: from 4:00 p.m. – Check out: until 12:00 a.m. • Check in at night (from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) has a supplement of €20. • Silence is requested after 10:00 p.m. C) CHECK OUT – C)Traveling with children under 12 years of age • Parents must be responsible at all times for the behavior of their children, avoiding breakage of furniture and belongings. • Any breakage/damage must be reported and the replacement cost of the breakage or damage must be paid. • Avoid feeding children on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
