After 8:00 PM, access will still be possible via the automated system; however, any requests for in-person assistance or staff intervention will incur a supplement of €30, to be paid directly to the staff member. Please note that after 8:00 PM, any malfunction of the home automation system (for example, lack of internet connection, electronic lock device failure, or other technical issues) cannot be repaired immediately and will not be attributable to our responsibility. if the guest is unable to access the property, even following any staff intervention, the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund.
