Loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check-in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key. All requests for late arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 EUR 120 after 01:00.
