- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. - Smoking is permitted on the terrace. - Pets are allowed (with an additional charge) €15 per night. Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds. Guests are responsible for their needs and any damage they may cause. - Events and drug use are not permitted on the premises. - Guests may not stay overnight without our permission, nor may more guests than indicated on the reservation be accommodated. The guests indicated on the reservation and registered are the only ones allowed in the property. If, during random access checks during your stay, more guests than registered are detected, this may result in the relevant authorities being notified. - There are quiet hours that must be respected to ensure the peace and quiet of the community and the neighborhood. Between midnight and 8:00 AM, neighbors must not be disturbed. - We have a night watchman on the premises responsible for ensuring compliance with these quiet hours. - A security deposit of €250 per guest is required before arrival. This amount will be fully refunded on the day of departure, after the accommodation has been inspected. - Guests must register online and provide their identification details, as well as pay the tourist tax per person per night, before checking in. - We do not charge our guests for cleaning, but we ask that you comply with the following minimum requirements upon departure: collect all trash and dispose of it in the designated outdoor containers, leave the kitchen tidy and clean all utensils used, and leave towels in the bathroom. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in additional charges upon departure, up to the full amount of the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
