Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to sign and abide by a Rental Agreement provided by the accommodation upon booking. This agreement must be completed within three days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your reservation and/or denial of access to the rental property. Please note that this reservation requires a non-refundable Damage Waiver fee or a refundable Security Deposit. This requirement must be fulfilled via the Property Management Company's external website following the confirmation of your stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
